1) Are you factory or trade company?
Hikins is largest factory specialized in residential RO membrane in South China, commercial RO membrane and industrial RO membrane manufacturing, with 2 floors work shop of more than 12000 square meters in Zhongyuntai industrial park in Baoan district, Shenzhen China. 2) How do you ensure product and service quality?
All our product is manufactured under ISO9001:2000 standard, we have our stirct job responsibility assignment on our raw material purchasing department, production management depertment, quality control depertment, packaging depertment, storage department, and before shipment checking, and after sales service. All exported product will be filed to our service system at the first time on its shipping date.
3) Can I buy 1 or 2 pieces for samples for testing before I buy large qtys?
Yes, samples is always recommended to buy and to test the quality first, we are fully confident that once you get the product in your hand, you will be satisfied with our quality and performance, moreover, with our excellent service and competitive price, we will become your first choice to supply you the water purification compnents for RO membrane and booster pumps, as well as the industrial equipment.
4) How can I order and make payment?
Each order will be against the proforma invoice issued upon your purchasing list and requirement,, orders will be started once we received your downpayment through T/T or western union, or by receiving the L/C notification from our bank.
5) If I find your company bank account different as you offered before, how shall I respond?
Please suspend the payment and doulbe check the bank account by confirming with us, the detail of the bank account information and be issued on the proforma invoice.
6) What is your minimum order qty?
As we are doing B2B business mainly, we have MOQ request on each different type of product, for RO membrane, it will be 1000pcs, for booster pump, it will be 100pcs, however, for commercial RO water purifier and for RO water plant, we do not have MOQ limit.
7) What about shipping?
All shipping will be from Yantian port or Shekou prot from Shenzhen, China, we can also send small items by express post or by air, we can also accept FOB trade terms by using shipping service from your assigned shipping agent.
8) What about the latest delivery date?
If we have stock for your purchased items, we will send it within 3 working days upon receiving 100% of the payment, if we do not have stock, the delivery will be depending the size of the purchasing ranging from 15 working days to 30 days. In peak season or holiday occasions, the delivery will be 2 months maximum.
9) What is your company policy if I want to become distributors of your product in our country?
