Product Description

Water pressure tank is mainly used in closed water purifier circulation system, which plays the role of balancing the water volume and pressure, avoiding frequent opening of the safety valve and frequent replenishment of the automatic water replenishment valve.

1. The shell is molded from food-grade polypropylene. New plastic raw materials, no recycling, no secondary pollution.
2. The thickened nozzle design avoids the traditional risk of nozzle cracking and slipping.
3. Using aerospace grade pressure resistant materials and equipped with imported spool, strengthen airbag sealing, reduce the risk of air

Installation Instructions

 

 

Tank Wash Method


Check all pipe are connected well (pipe should insert about 1.5cm into fitting/connector). And then add the blue clip to fix.

Open tap water inlet valve, and open water inlet tee valve, let the water go through the system. And then connect power adapter. Then water purifier will work automatically.

For newly installed water purifier, we should close tank valve, and open faucet(Wash system).

After 10 minutes to 15 minutes, close faucet, and open tank valve.
About 15 minutes, tank will be full and water purifier should stop production water auto.

Then open Faucet. Till water in tank empty, we close faucet(wash tank). Then testing is finished.

After use, we should empty tank one time every month.

FAQs on Reverse Osmosis RO drinking water system OEM manufacturing

1. What are material of each parts?

Plastic tank:  food grade PP for tank body, food grade rubber for inner pot, brass charging valve
Metal tank:  Carbon steel for tank body, Lined with PP inner cushion, food grade rubber for inner pot,  brass charging valve, SUS water port, plastic base
Plastic-steel tank: PP material outer case, carbon steel for tank body, food grade rubber for inner pot,  brass charging valve, SUS water port

       

2. Will plastic tank broken, and wash my floor?
 

Some tank with pressure relief valve, when inner pressure is high, then water will go through this valve, and stop pressure increasing. So it will not broken.

       

3. Does 400GPD RO water purifier need pressure tank?
 

Normally 50GPD to 300GPD RO water purifier need pressure tank. Commercial RO water purifier also add tank to meet large water supply in short time.

       

4. How to keep tank clean?
 

After use, we should empty tank one time every month.
