Q1: Why Reverse Osmosis drinking water system is the best choice for home drinking water system?
A1: Reverse Osmosis system is the most popular drinking water filtration technology, as the RO membrane has a filtration preciseness of 0.0001 microns, which can effectively get rid of bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and other contaminants from drinking water, it is the safest water filtration technology to get safe drinking water.
Q2: If I want to have mineral water or alkaline water, what can I do to get it?
A2: By adding a post-inline filter of mineral cartridges or mild alkaline cartridges that can change the pH and the water quality from the RO water, we can provide more diversified options for water filters.
Q3: If I am located in a hard water area, should I add a water softener before the RO system?
A3: If you are in the high water hardness area, a water softener or resin water filter is available to make the right water purifier solution for you.
Q4: Does the RO water system have a feed water pressure limit? If I am in a rural area or with zero feed water pressure, what should I do?
A4: Yes, the regular RO system requires a 20psi feed water pressure, and we use an RO boost pump for the RO system. If you are located in a rural area or with zero pressure feed water supply, we can replace the RO booster pump with a self-priming pump for the RO system. If you have a sufficient feed water supply higher than 40psi, we can provide you with a no-pump RO system.
Q5: What type of RO system is available regarding the external structure?
A5: Classical 5-stage undersink RO system, cabinet countertop RO system, commercial RO system, and RO system with private molded cabinet are available. OEM/ODM RO system orders are welcomed.
Q6: Does each RO system have a microcontroller system? Can we edit the controlling function?
A6: Some model of the RO system has a microcontroller system, and some don't, yes, OEM functions for rinsing and controlling service are available on request.
Q7: Do you provide samples for testing before making the mass order?
A7: Yes, we provide OEM samples based on specific requests, formal test report will be sent along with the sample, and the delivery schedule will be given for mass production.
Q8: What is the warranty of the RO system?
A8: All RO systems have a 12-month quality warranty on their parts and accessories, free parts and components will be offered for replacement during the warranty period upon collecting the warranty proof.
